  • Digital gift cards that have not been redeemed or used
  • Game credits that have not been applied to your gaming account
  • Mobile top-up services that failed to be delivered to the specified number
  • Voucher codes that are invalid or expired upon delivery
  • Services that were not delivered due to technical errors on our platform
Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital products that have been successfully delivered and redeemed

  • Mobile top-up services that have been successfully processed

Refund Processing Times

Once your refund request is approved, processing times vary depending on your refund method:

  • Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
  • Voucher Pulse Credits: Immediate (credited to your account)

Please note that refund processing times may be extended during peak periods, holidays, or due to banking delays beyond our control.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

  • When only a portion of your order was delivered successfully
